Rethinking Fashion

Hi Everyone,

rethinking fashion messy moneyI am excited to announce that my very first guest post was published today!  I have some fashion confessions to make and I share an epiphany I’ve had about my own personal style.

You can find the entire article at Canadian Budget Binder.

P.S. The post also includes one of my favorite TED Talks.  I hope you enjoy it.

  1. You make a really good point. Sometimes it is easy to forget that the products we buy have a long history before they end up on the shelf.

    1. It is shocking to read about the conditions in some of those garment factories. Thanks for coming by.

    1. Yes new trends can entice us to buy unnecessary/unneeded outfits. It is good to stick with what works for you.

  2. Just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed your post over on CBB. I’ve really been thinking about the impact my clothing and consumerism has on other parts of the world. I don’t want to save money at the expense of other people… but it isn’t an easy battle to take on, especially in smaller towns rather than big cities.
